Anyone catch Jose Miguel Cotto vs Juan Diaz on Floyd/Judah card?

Diaz funny a guy talkin trash bout one of the Cotto brothers has a Hatton picture on his thing,lmao id expect u to say that. Jose Cotto is gona beat Juan,thats the same Juan that won his belt from some nobody named sim right? and backed out of his espn ppv fight cause he was scared right? Ye athats him. How am I talking trash when I paid Cotto a compliment calling him a very good fighter? And he is a good fighter as long as the other fella is right in front of him. Juan may be in front of him all night, but he's not going to stay in the same place as he is going to steer Jose all over the ring. Diaz was cut in sparring and his manager pulled him out of the Elder fight. The two guys I saw him fight on the Spanish network were not very good, that is just a fact. I analyzed Juan's style in that post is all that I did.

I think the fight of the night will be Arce vs Alvarez if there is one fight in that card where u dont wanna get up to go to the bathroom or get another beer its that one.

Good call As did I bro, good call. Cotto is a very good fighter, when the other kid is right in front of him like that guy was. Juan will slide on a guy, give him angles on top of angles, turn him and spin him, walk him around the ring and steer him into his shots and slide out on 45 degree angles without being hit back and counter the other fellas' counters. Terrific PPV fight that may be better than the Main Event. Again, good observation on Senor Cotto. JS

I dont think Juan Diaz has what it takes to take on the top 135 lb fighters however i saw Jose Miguel Cotto on Solo Boxeo not too long ago and i wasnt impressed. I choose Juan by UD.

Cotto telegraphs and loops his left hook, standing right in front of his man waiting for the receipt (the hit back, the counter) and is open to counter shots. Diaz wins big on points here vs this robot who is at his best when his man is right in front of him, which Juan will not be a large majority of the time. JS

I think Juan will take Cotto via unanimous decision. Cotto is very methodical to me and I think will get beaten to the punch repeatedly by Diaz. Look for Juan to do a lot more jabbing in this fight as well to setup his shots as opposed to winging them which he likes to do. I think he should give Cotto a good going over after the 8th round and swell him up pretty good winning a UD. diaz is relentless

Alvarez vs. Arce (this will be brutally beautiful) Cotto vs. Diaz Both fights will be more competitive then the main event...this is as good of an undercard as I have ever seen-I dont think Im exagerating either.
