I`ve never seen him fight, so I don`t know. His record of 22-0-1 is obviously very impressive but he hasn`t fought any names that I recognize. Plus he only has 5 ko`s. But I`m a fan of his uncle/promoter so I can`t help but cheer for him. Hopefully he won`t dissapoint his hometown fans tonight in Phiily.

I'd have to compare DemHop to a young Vernon Forrest - pretty tall for his weight, great jab, decent straight right, above-average power, but the kid has BIRDLEGS, which was Forrest's downfall vs. Mayorga.... I agree that he has improved big-time, I remember a year or 2 ago he went into the hometown of another undefeated ocntender (can't remember who) and looked very poised in victory Dont listen to sactown.

He does everything pretty well....even his power has improved a bit. But, he's not one of those super-prospects....if that's what people are looking for. I hope he's as solid endurance/chin-wise, as he is foundation-wise.

Demetrius over his last 4 or 5 fights has imporved tremendously! when I first saw him I thought to myself "next" Now after his last 2 fights he has got me reevaluating him. VERY IMPROVED FIGHTER!

Wrong, He has 9 KO's, He is Bernards Nephew...ive seen him fight hes got good speed Yep and he's a patient fighter and picks his spots good skills, we will see what happens to him in the future.
