What would the outcome of the fight been if Morales also had Reyes?

What you guys think would have happened? People fail to realise, if the gloves made such a difference, imagine if 'El Terrible' had them, too... What do you guys think? The outcome would've been the exact same. The gloves aren't a issue, Pac's gameplan from the 5th rd on is what won it for him.

you gotta admit though. Manny's punches wit Cleto seems like it has alot impact wit tha poppin sound when it lands than Winning. In the first fight when Pac wore Winning, it's as if Pac's punches dint have effect. Wit Cleto, you could feel the punches :D! The sound, Morales' head snapping back, side to side....I dunno, Reyes seems a better gloves.

this is a good point that i thought of in the first match. and i think morales would have knocked out pacman in the first match if they both had been wearing reyes gloves. any fighter should keep their excuses to themselves after a fight because it does not help. even if the excuses are true it makes them seem bad to people.

The gloves do not make so much of a difference that without Reyes Morales couldn't hurt Pacquaio and with them he'll have him staggering all over the ring. You guys make me laugh sometimes. If Reyes gloves were really that much better and were such an unfair advantage would they allow them? NO! There is a slightly difference I'm sure, but nothing that would change a decent punch into a knockout blow. A fight is not won or lost on the brand of gloves, unless it's an instance where shitty gloves cause a fighter to break his hand, or they bust open and a fighter is given time to recover. No one was ever knocked out by a glove. It's the fist inside the glove, and the skill and talent wielding that fist that produces a knockout.

i think you are all missing the point. i believe the gloves do hurt more but at the same time it probably made manny feel more comfortable to be boxing with equipment he was accustomed to having...not having to use somebody elses shit.

IMHO the gloves is a good argument for a third fight... PAC also got hit by a LOT of EM bombs, but after the fight PAC said he did not get hurt by EM, with REYES Pac will feel something ... LETS GET IN ON!!

only diffrence morales would have excusses about the loss. he would complain about hurt hands and take away from pacs victory

Where PAC literally rearranged Morales' face. with power punchs not boxing from the outside using his jab and controlling him, he was his old self just uses his speed to fire stright left hands, but now he has a good right woo big change, morales showed in that fight he has taken to much and is used up

if gloves really do make a big big diff this fight would be very diff, erik cought manny with some good punchs and if they effected him then manny maybe would have been a little more tenative to throw and the fight coulda been diff

Gloves weren't the problem for Morales. Nothing he did was really going to help him out in that fight. He was flat after the 5th round. Pacquiao just wanted that shit more I guess.

Lets see barrera used cleto reyes and manny pacquiao said on the m*xboxing interview video before the fight that Barrera hits harder of all the guys he fought and marco couldnt hurt him.
