I've been trying all week to think of a champion in any division that held ANY belt that is worse than Baldomir, and so far, I've got nothing. Anybody know ONE champ worse than Baldomir?
Baldomir is easily the worst fighter of all time, he would get destroyed if he ever got in the ring with Clottey again, or Maussa, or Margarito.
Total fucking bum.
Fuck off.
What did Baldomir do to make you think he was better than Maussa? Chase an unwilling Judah around the ring for 12 rounds? I'd pick Maussa over Baldomir in a fight any day, 140 or 147.
lol really? You'd take Maussa over Baldomir at 147?
... Ok.
Carnera beat some legit top 10 heavyweights in his time. What top 10 fighters did Baldomir ever beat? The only thing that comes close is the gift he got against Clottey.
It is true, Baldomir did beat Judah.
How about James Douglas? One win, and then a total collapse against Holyfield. Nothing big before Tyson, nothing big after.
Leon Spinks is also a good one as previously mentioned.

Baldomir earned the belt fair and square. He may not be dazzling but he did it with hard work. I think the worst champion is Mayweather because he wont defend the belt vs prime A1 competition.
Baldomir is easily the worst lineal champion of all-time. The man is a bum.
Primo Carnera was the lineal heavyweight champion, and I have heard that he was really fucking bad.
But Baldomir really can't be far off for lineal champions.
Yeah but he is old, ill and asthmatic, like 40 pounds heavier than in his prime. Lyakhovich should be the one criticized.
Briggs still put on a counter punching clinic in the last round against Lyakhovich.
Too bad Briggs doesn't have enough stamina to throw even 100 punches per fight.
Briggs won the 'linear' title from Foreman (controversial fight) but that was his first alphabet belt.
That wasn't his first title though, was it?
I'm not sure....something that I might check out.
He was pretty impressive right around when he fought Lewis, IMO. Big and agile for his size. Good boxing skills.
It was his first title.
He had a good moment in round 1 against Lewis... mostly because he POUNDED him on the back of the head a few times. Then Lewis outboxed him for a couple of rounds. Then he decided that he was going to kill/murder Briggs and knock him unconscious.
Briggs was pretty bad during his reign.
He was desperately behind on the cards when he caught Lyakhovich with one of the 15 punchers he threw, and then he got almost shut out in his first defense.
Not really impressive when it comes to champions.
why are we calling baldomir bad when we haven't even givin him a chance to show what he got, he just beat zab judah, so please give him some respect.
lol, look at Baldomir's record. that's all we're basing this on. I don't recall a champion having that many losses before winning a title. I think Baldomir is without a doubt the worst titleholder of all time, and Judah should be absolutely EMBARRASSED for that loss. It will definitely ruin Judah's entire career
