Footwork and everything else yeah...but his handspeed was pretty good. He was also a very sharp puncher.

And of course the flipside is true as well, Cotto can hurt Mayweather. And Cotto, unlike Gatti, has no problem throwing at the same time as his opponent, which is when the fighters can really catch each other with something big. he got stunned by damn Corley and Corley weighed like 30 pounds less than Cotto in the fight, and Corley is not known for any power. So yes Floyd and KO with one punch. I think anybody at 147 and the top 10 at 140 can KO Cotto.
