...Yep, I know all about it. It's still bullshit. The real Superman would have melted Ali by pissing on him. With or without his powers.
hahahahahahahahahahaahahahh omg
karma to you man
Sorry Cleetus, he was knocked out by Muhammad Ali in 1978 in a story drawn and released by Marvel comics:

Superman gave up his powers for the fight and was brutally beaten by Ali.

....Yep, he would do it rather easily too. Bozo, your avatar is blasphemus because Superman loses to NOBODY.

That's a very weak wording.
It's more like Hearns may have won if Ray hadn't dug deep and battered him into submission.
Also, the Ray Leonard that fought Hagler did so off a THREE YEAR stretch of inactivity.
At Welterweight, which I'm assuming where this hypothetical fight would take place, Ray Leonard stopped Tommy Hearns, Wilfred Benetiez, and Roberto Duran.
At Welter, Oscar dropped a contraversial decision to Felix Trinidad and lost a competitve but clear decision to Shane Mosley.
Conventional wisdom would make Ray Leonard a strong favorite to beat Oscar Delahoya at welterweight.

Hearns would have won that fight by UD if he wouldnt have gotten tired tha last 2-3 rounds.

i dont know ive only seen Sugar Ray against Hearns and Hagler.

Hagler fight was close but i thought Sugar won, but Hagler was no as fast as oscar.
Who did Sugar Ray fight that had speed also?
Leonard stops Oscar late.
See the trouble Oscar had with Ike Quartay?
Leonard's speed and killer instinct wear Oscar down and he finishes him in 10-12.
Nine rounds to three.
I'm a fan, but the golden boy gets done in, in this matchup.
Oh and for the record, Sugar Ray would beat Felix Sturm too.
lol
Funny :-)
The only man who could have potentially beaten Rob at 147 is Hearns in top form.
The length, ability and powerful right hand would have given him a shot at it.
*waits for the "but Hearns chin sucked" posts*
These fights are tough to call... people are not taking into account that boxers and their skills have improved over the generations...
(Not talking about Leonard) If you take someone who looked great and dominant 40 years ago, chances are he will not be able to compeat with today's fighters due to style improvements that evolved over the years.
So sometimes are really wonder how would Duran do against Barrera, or Pacquiao
Again, I'm not saying that "The Greats" aren't great! Just that such calls are tough to make :luvbed:
If fights only went 6-8 rounds Oscar would be untouchable, they go twelve however therfore Leonard dominates down the stretch and probably shoe shines his way to stealing a couple of early rounds as well.
Who is better and would win the fight between these 2, i think oscar is just flat out better and would win a 116-112 UD
Prime for Prime I say Ray. I have a hard time picking any at 147 over Ray execpt of course the original Sugar Ray.
hmm
Oscar should be respect as an all-timer, no doubt, but against Leonard it's a "big bozo no no". Leonard is as big as Oscar, faster, hits as hard, has as good of a chin, but the thing that will seperate him from DLH in a fight is STAMINA.
And I'm a big DLH fan.
Ray Leonard UD DLH 8-4, 8-4, 7-5
