where do you see this guy standing in 10 years?
i think he's a very focused guy and he (seemingly at least) really has his personal life together. and he's just a really really great fighter (obviously). i personally think he's going to stay undefeated for a long time- and i think he has great potential to get himself into a solid spot in the all time top 20. but anything could happen i suppose, as we've all seen time and time again in this insane sport.
I think that there is no one his size who can possibly beat him. The guy is unstoppable, at this point, and probably won't loose unless he gets old and hangs around too long.

Floyd has a lot of talent, but (OBVIOUSLY)lacks focus and is financially drained by a barrage of legal problems. Seems to be following the Spaddy road rather than a Sugar Ray road. He struggled with Castillo, the best fighter he ever faced, and has not attempted to face the best at 140.
Moreover, time is running out and he can't move up much more and criminal and civil charges continue to come.
If he fights top contenders and if he cleans up the jr. welterweight division, then he'll have his hall of fame spot locked up. If he gets through Hatton (thats a BIG if), then I think he'll most likely clean up 140 and 147 and be one of the greatest fighters ever.
I also forsee Mayweather getting cocky and going to 154, and losing to a top 5 guy there.
Yeah if he goes to 154 he'll get clocked, especially if he does it when hes 34.

Sharmba's not a bum. Technically hes a very talented fighter, he's just limited with power, and chin imo. If this fight is to set up a potential Judah - Mayweather fight then im all for it. I just don't want him dodging Hatton.
I agree with you 100%, if this was five years ago. Unfortunately, Mitchell is a warm-up fight for anyone nowadays. He's kind of like the girl dancing by herself in the corner at a party. Sure she's a quick, easy lay, but you know you want to bang the blonde who left with your buddy.
I can't stand his mouth, but you have to give the kid credit for his skills.
As long as he has some GOOD QUALITY OPPONENTS in the next couple years along with some big name fights he'll be an all-time great (as long as he wins). Fighting chumps like the bum he has coming up next won't solidify him of anything other than looking for an easy payday.
Speaking of which, anyone know if it's PPV or a Boxing After Dark fight?
A bit like Donald Curry?
lmao...i guess that makes Ricky Hatton Lloyd Honeyghan then huh?
I think Mayweather (should he stay focused and on point) could definitely be one of the 20 or 30 greatest fighters ever. He has all of the skills and technical dominance required.
He will run into some trouble when his reflexes start to go, but his defense will bail him out of that somewhat.
He just needs to hope that no one catches him with a filthy punch...that's the only real thing I can see de-railing him.
I think Judah, Hatton and Cotto have chances to beat him, but only time will tell.
