BEST & WORST CHINS EVER

every single knockdown naseem has had was a balance issue because of his style, not a flash knockdown. even when barrera was hammering his ass he was never dazed. he took some big shots from kelley as well and didnt show the slightest bit of loss of balance or hazyness. actually, if you can put up an animated gif of naseem hamed dazed, ill donate 50 million to you right here and now. jl castillo seems to honestly belong at #1, moreso than hamed i should say, but ive seen JL dazed. i havent seen hamed dazed. Like you said naseem was off balance! so we never really seen him take one clean on the whiskers. Wayne has got to have the best set of whiskers in my opinion. prince naseem smashed his facial bones and wayne kept fighting.

People...Tommy Hearns chin really only failed him when he fought at higher weights. His chin really wasn't that bad at 147/154. It took a very good overall puncher like Ray Leonard about 30 power punches through the last 2 rounds to severely hurt and stop Hearns.

I agree......Tyson had an excellent chin. He was extremely hard to hurt, & even harder to put down. A guy with anything less than an excllent chin would have never taken the shots he did by Ruddock & Douglas & managed to stand. He did, however, tend to get frustrated & discouraged when tagged. His heart didn't match his chin.

I think Mike Tyson had an underated chin. He took monster shots from everyone who stopped him. Mike could take a punch big time.

Why is Chuvalos name brought up only once is in this thread? most people only know him for losing fights, not that he stood in with the best and took there stuff. He's just not a know fighter.

I'm not convinced that Wlad's Chin is all that bad. HE has been down against some very hard hitters. between Peter,Sanders,Brewster, and Purity they have KO'd 107 fighters. it's not like he is going down against a feather fisted Bryd. He went down against some powerful guys, and was able to get up with all of them

Mike Tyson could take a beating, and Roy Jones has the worst chin ever! Being KO'd twice in over 50 fights by two top fighters in the Div classifies RJJ as having the worst chin ever???? You must didn't see that shot that Tarver landed? no one would have survived that. And johnson beat him around for 9 rounds before finishing him.
