Torres has a hell of a punch. If he had better stamina he could be a very good fighter. Right now his conditioning looks like shit. he can't thow a five punches without looking like he's going to collapse from exhaustion. Cotto got rocked a couple times but fought through it for an impressive ko. I am still up on this guy. He's exciting and he's not afraid to take a shot to deliver a few of his own. I'm not sure if he has what it takes to beat the top p4p guys in his division or not, but I do think he gives anyone a good fight. Klit came in with a good plan and he executed it. that is about all I can say about him. All the holding made for a pretty boring fight though in my opinion, and i agree with harold that a guy with his size and strength should mix it up more. He still has the glass chin in my opinion. If he is one of the top HW's then it is a testament to how weak that division is right now.

I agree, but both fighters looked like they wanted 2give up after like the 8th round, this to me is pathetic, these guys are proffessionals, they know they are gonna b in a 12 round fight, they should b ready 2go 12rounds, no excuses...Yes, Peter lacks some technicall skills, such as his punches are way wide and very predictable...Also Klitscho left himself open many times by keeping his left a little low and out, should have been a little easier to spot, but guess not..Wlad in my opinion still lacks the true skillz 2b great, man the heavyweight division sucks right now....At least the other divisions are more exciting now than ever. As far as Cotto goes, watching that fights just encourages me more 2become pro and whoop same ace

I think Wlad will beat Byrd or Williamson, but lose to Brewster again. For Wlad's sake, I hope he chooses wisely and stays away from Brewster.

great comments........cotto is shite and very lucky that torres ran out of gas......big big credit to torres for stepping up and fighting cotto, and for fighting for the first time out of his country..... wlad won but was shite.......he held so much and i wouldn't be surprised if he loses support with the win......but then again that would suit him as he would go back and fight in safe germany......

Number 1: Coto needs to stop trading and be a counter puncher only, he is gonna get KO'd, all he should do is jab counter-punch and throw some body shots that dont leave him open, i think coto can beat anyone at 140 but if he keeps trading hatton and mayweather will beat him Number 2: the only reason Wlad didnt pitch a 12 round shutout is cause of those rabbit punchs, all 3 KD's came off them, he rabbit punched his last oppenet taurs i think untill he KO'd him and he almost cheated his way with rabbit punchs agasint Wlad. Number 3: Wlad can now face either the winner of Byrd vs williamson or the winner of brewster and kranqsi, all 4 fights Wlad can and should take, he can beat up byrd again to get his belt back, he can fight williamson again and finish what he started there, he can avenage his loss to brewster or he can fight luan in germany and take it easy, i wonder which one he will take. Number 4: Sam peter can take a punch, but lacks boxing skill and is a bit short on stamina, but all in all peter and Wlad both can lose to others in the divsion. and finally i hope we see more of that riccardo torres guy, i liekd him alot alot, and what is with harold lederman he be drinking alot of hateraide, bitching about holding? number 1 - agreed 2 - agreed 3 - agreed BTW im making my own thread on my thoughts, i would love it for u guys to read it

i agree with your observations....cotto better be careful or he will ktfo,torres has to be brought back to tv,and he will be very hard for the other fighters.....wlad won,great technique,still i think his glass is chin,and he has to fight the wy he fought to make it harder for his oponnents to find it...
