I think that technically jose luis castillo is way ahead of hatton in affective aggresiveness. Cottos defence is just way too open. PBF Would most likely pick him off and move around enought to pretty much shut down hatton. Cotto can pick up the pace a little bit can hit pbf much more accurately and frequently than hatton could ever. This is just my opinion thought. I may be wrong
First post by the way
Cotto, Hatton and Judah all have a realistic shot at beating Mayweather. Mayweather would have the edge in everyone of those fights, but if/when Cotto/Mayweather comes off I'd be ready to throw a big bet on it.
Hopefully Hatton can become a man and accept Mayweather's challenge.
I know what you mean but being against the ropes against Hatton is very dangerous, he switches angles well and hits very hard to the body. I dont think it would be a good plan to go on the ropes against Hatton, but your correct he does well backed up.
I think Mayweathers best chance against Hatton is to throw a lot of punches and faints from the centre of the ring, use a lot of movement too. Just dont let himself go to he ropes too easily. the lead rights a good shot againsnt Hatton, not the one two though because you can tell Hattons pre programed to deal with that, his slipping is very good against that.
I see this being a very good styles match, it likely to be very tough for both fighters but who knows, one of the fighter styles could quite easily dominate the others because they are so different, there's no way of telling if that will happen. people will disagree until they fight, and even then they might still disagree. :D
PBF picks-off Hatton. It will be quality and quantity over the "swarmer". There's a puncher's chance, always, but that's it.
Hatton's legacy, so far, is beating Zoo in an ugly manner. Zoo fought a stupid fight and Hatton deserved the win. Cotto would get Hatton's attention, but Cotto would also allow Hatton to charge-in untouched.
idk about the karma.
About Mayweather getting pushed onto the ropes, have you ever noticed that in alot of exchanges with his back to the ropes he comes out on top? Maybe I'm just seeing it differently.
Either way, it's all opinions, and the only way to find out is if they step through the ropes.

Im not taking anything away from hatton but when he fought tzyu he gotta away with alot of holding and foul punching. He wont be able to hold as much in the US because its not his home town. i still think he woulda beat tzyu anyway but against floyd hell need to hold and in the US he wont be able to do so much of it.
I think right now PBF beats Cotto. Cotto still has a suspect chin. as for hatton if they fight in the US PBF wins S/D in england hatton wins Controversial S/D
I hate this sort of thing, i'm from the UK and its not biased, its not a bad place to fight because we dont cheat. its very rare it happends.
If Hatton won in the UK it would be because he deserved to win, no other reason.
Mayweather can up the tempo, he's a well conditioned fighter but he doesnt like it when a fighter ups the tempo, i'm not saying he cant deal with it but thats something he doesnt seem to like. So IMO the pressure and work rate are a important factors.
I dont think your memory serves you well mate, Hatton was in the lead at every stage of the fight, he was never behind on the cards. I'm a big Kostya Tszyu fan, i love watching him and i honestly dont think someone with his ability could land 3 low blow without any being a little bit cheeky, IMO they effected Hatton and thats why he returned the favour.
I have watched Mayweather a million times, he is a great fighter, i've got all his fight and HE DOES allow himself to be bullied, the Castillo and Chavez fights are perfect example of that. Mayweather backs up to the ropes far too easily and stays there. If Castillo had Hattons footwork i have no doubt he would have won the first fight on the judges score cards.
I think it will be one hell of a fight, Mayweather could win, theres no point in me saying otherwise because he's a great fighter but i honestly think Hatton style will be able to beat him.
BTW, who hit you with bad karma?? your all red so early in you boxingscene career.

I agree with you as far as strength and workrate advantages, but tell me Mayweather is not in better shape and couldn't up his workrate. Mayweather can adjust just like any great fighter.
Hatton is no bum by any means, but remember, his voctory over Tszyu came in large part due to the low blow....and if my memory serves me correct, Tszyu was leading on the cards prior to that.
Also, Mayweather wouldn't allow Hatton to bully him and tie up his right hand like he did to Tszyu almost the entire fight.
Don't get me wrong, it would be an exciting fight, and for the first time someone would be bringing the action to Mayweather as long as the fight lasts....but Floyd has the speed skills, and enough pop in his right hand to control the fight.

Its funny how people see things different. The reason i think Hatton could beat Mayweather is because he has obvious strength, power and workrate advantages over Mayweather so it could be interesting because Mayweather has never done well against that type of fighter but Zab Judah has NO advantages over Mayweather, except maybe the predictable straight left that any decent boxer see's coming before he even throw it. Look how Spinks, an average fighter with a bit of ring smart beat Judah the first time and Mayweather a hell of a lot better than him.

But keep in mind Zab is the best puncher in the welterweight division, as well as the best boxer. Plus, he's almost as fast as PBF.
Mayweather's too clever to get hit with Judahs power shots, i think Mayweather would school him.
To be honest, I think Zab Judah may have a chance....but nobody else at 147.
At 154, I'm doubtful. There are so many good fighters at 154 with power, skill, and speed. Kassim Ouma, Winky Wright, Vernon Forrest, Kofi Jantuah(puncher....could Floyd take it?).....and the list goes on.
Not to say he wouldn't have a chance....he's lighting fast, in great condition, and he has yet to be defeated. But, he's not superman.

I dont disagree, Zab does have a chance,
but it is difficult for a boxer to beat a better boxer

I dont see anyone beating Floyd under 154, not including
