If everything goes planned on Dec. 3rd like HOpkins says, then most likely this fight will happen. I choose HOpkins over Winky, but it will most likely end up as a decision win. I can't picture Hopkins knocking a guy like Winky out because of his defense.
I've got to pick Winky by easy UD. Bernard will coast and run and wait for Winky to get tired, and he won't get tired. Winky will win 9 or more rounds.
I don't know I like both fighters, but I think I am leaning more towards B-Hop. Like I've said before in other threads B fights dirty and knows how to get away with it. Unless Winky sticks with his gameplan and doesn't get distracted by those type of tactics he could pull it off. But to answer the question I say Hopkins by decision.
I think Hopkins will lose by desicion because of his age...if it was Hopkins in his prime, it would be an easy win for Benard.
Anyway, how old is Winky?
I agree 110 Percent Ronald by a wide decision. Winky is 33

So the Taylor rematch isn't going to happen?
I'll be rooting for Hopkins. I think he'll beat Winky, though.
First Taylor than Winky if the fight fails with Taylor then it is straight to Winky and then a possible clash with Roy Jones jr./Tarver whoever wins. 2006 is already looking to be a great year for boxing, with such significant fights being made.
