Guinn let me down, here's hoping Taylor will not. Taylor By SD.Woo Pig Sooie Razorbacks Good tactical fight. I had it 115-113 Taylor ,as the fight played out just as I knew it would. Hopkins never had Taylor hurt as he stated after the fight. Taylor was against the ropes , which did not give Taylor the room to throw back those two times Hopkins said he hurt him.Well atleast it looked that way at home ;)

hmm I'm totally on the fence on this fight. I'm going to say Hopkins retains his title via a majority draw. LOL... :boxing:

Hopkins by UD...seems he is too cautious these days to score KOs and Taylor will give him a hard time early but will become discouraged in the middle-late rounds, which I think Hopkins will dominate...I could see BHop scoring a flash knockdown, or even Taylor, but the outcome will be a win for Hopkins

hopkins wins this fight by decision or late stopage ..this is taylor's first big fight and it will show hopkins is a masterfull boxer and can fight many different ways , he can also frustrate his opponents with some of his tactics ...i know hopkins will find a way to nulify the taylor jab ...in the end taylor is to green and hopkins is to expirienced ..

Cmon no respect for the "Pocket Rocket"?!?! Everyone here knows damn well the fight back in Feb was a lot more closer than the judges had it. Before the first fight w/ Larios Wayne only fought like 2 rds in 2 yrs. He will not be taking rds off in this fight and there will be no ring rust, why do u think nobody offers Wayne a rematch!?! McCullough says hes stoppin Larios in 8 so, goin w/ the "Pocket Rocket's" word. As for the bhop taylor, i hopin taylor punishes hopkins, i thinkin the early rds they might brawl a bit and then bhop will respect taylors power and his way to a UD. Hopefully during their brawling though Taylor catches bhop and puts him on the canvas, so bhop cant dance. All and all a good weekend for boxing, everybody make sure to check out my boy Jason Litzau on Friday Night Fights this week. I'm a big fan of the Pocket Rocket, but he's been used up for a while now, Larios showed a lot of mercy in the 1st fight, he'll be gunning for a stoppage on Saturday and might even get it from swelling/cuts....and the old "everyone here knows damn well" philosophy doesn't fly, since we all basically dis-agree with each other on every damn fight with one detail or another....this will be McCullough's last title fight, and possibly the final fight of his career, I'd rather he just retire & stick to writing but it's his life & his body

we're 5 days away from the big PPV event on the 16th, what are your predictions for the upcoming bouts? I've got mine listed in the sig. area (scratch Montiel-Morel of course)....& I'll also take Forrest by UD10 over Rios, I expect nothing but distance fights on Saturday, but who knows? wrights doing to ouma what everyone was doing to wright a while back. See this is the reason why he shouldn't avoid Ouma because he was forced to wait. He obviously knows how it feels. Winky should give Ouma the chance but I understand why he doesn't want to. I just hope Ouma gets his shot soon because he is ready to takeover.

I wouldnt go that far, I mean dont get me wrong I respect your view on Hopkins winning and all but I just think with a lot of upsets this year and Hopkins showing some ageing in his last fight with Eastman.. Taylor has got a chance. I guess we'll see, I wouldnt be shocked if Hopkins won because odds are he has a very good chance of it but who knows Taylor can do some damage.

Feasting on guys who are blown up junior middles does not get you into contention area. Why has taylor not fought guys like eastman, antwun echols, and robert allen? The guys who are the journemen at middleweight? Its because he has the same management as David Reid used to have and we all know what happened to him... (Fed to the lions (Felix Trinidad) prematurely. At the end of his career Joppy was a journeyman Middleweight. :beerchug:

This is the toughest fight I've ever had to call. Right now I got Bernard on points, but there are so many intangibles to consider in this one. Predicting this fight correctly will prove nothing. that has to be the dumbest post ive read this week. predicting this fight will mean nothing? predicting this fight would mean everything to one's credability if the person was correct by saying how the exchanges would go.

wow...ouma...do you think he can beat lefty wright? Winky is the only fighter outside of Hopkins that I see giving Ouma problems. I would make Winky the favorite. Winky has also said that he doesn't want nothing to do with Ouma at this stage of his career. Translate that however you want.
