Quartay won the fight in rounds 3-8, and clearly took 12. I don't know what round the judges gave Phillips in 3-8, but I can't see it. The right guy won.

YYYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH IKE!!!! Good fight actually. Ike took on a very good opponent and did well in the middle rounds. This fight should get that ring rust out and Ike should be able to contend for a title. Still open to the left hooks though.
