Jaimie is perfect for the role. He even resembles Tyson a little bit. Look what Will Smith did and tell me he cant get bulked up for the role. Will Smith went from a stick to built like a real boxer, you just need the right routine with a personal trainer. He can do the voice well to, if you watch his stand up show, "Im gonna need security," youll see what I mean. This movie should be as dark as raging bull and should have a good director to it.
50 cent is the man to play tyson hes built like a trunk of a tree and is about the same height as tyson .
50 cent may be a little too tall, but another question is...can he even act?
they already made a mike Tyson movie staring Michael Jai white. They probably will make another one in a few years it has everything it needs to be a typical athletic drama. The current ones always have the athlete who is supposedly soo soo great and then he turns to drugs or some nonesense like that. They can make a great drama about tyson.
I think Luke or Owen Wilson would suit the Tyson role just fine.

I don't know about Jamie as Tyson, he is a great actor and all-- but he is not that big (as in wide and strong) and while he could hit the gym, Tyson is huge and that would be quite a task. Secondly, Jamie just seems too... nice, I guess is the word. I want somebody who has a little more of an angry presence to play Tyson. I am going to dwell on who I would prefer and then make a suggestion.
Mekhi Pfifer should be Tyson
How is the 5'9" Tyson huge? Foxx is 5'10 1/2". Foxx hits the gym for a couple months, and he'd have Tyson beat as far as muscles go.
I hope you're being sarcastic because you don't grow a 20" neck on a 5'10" body in a couple of months.
Where did Mike say this?
Also, Jamie Foxx would be terrible. It'd be huge no matter who played it, but come on, Foxx? He's too small, and his head is too long. They should get someone who's good, but fairly unknown.
No, Jamie would be good for this role. Check ******** boxing, they got an interview where Mike said he would love Foxx to play him.
True, but I seen some footage of Jamie Foxx impersonating Mike Tyson, and he was really good at it. Also, the movie will make much more money and get more attention if Jamie Foxx does it, and Mike even said he wants Jamie to play him.

Ali wasn't a very good movie. It could have been a better mini-series or they should have ended it after Frazier I (but of course they wanted a "happy" ending.
Tyson (1995) starred Michael Jai White and George C. Scott.

only problem would be they would have to go over like 4 hours just to include everything that has happened in his life from the rape to the ear to tokyo to williams to mcbride
Well, according to IMDB.com, Ali was 2 hrs, 39 minutes, but that is a decent job of abridgement. A Tyson movie would also have to be at least that long.
Well its already prescripted they jus need an actor and a good director.
Who do you reckon, come on its only a matter of time.
let chris rock do his role and a porn director to shoot the movie :p
