There are alot of fighters whose famous father's have generated a sizeable portion of unearned and perhaps undeserved attention for them. Whether it be boxing on PPV, ESPN or people praising them as being better then they actually are, there are a number of offenders. So I pose this question, who are the worst-- here are some that popped into my head: Hector Camacho Jr (who has zero talent and even less heart) and Laila Ali (who attempts to sound just like her dad but has none of the charm). Some other fighters with famous lineage are Cory Spinks, Julio Cesar Chavez Jr, James McGirt Jr, and countless others... So sound off, what do you people out there think?
So what about my question? who do you think will have a better career? JCC Jr or Ronald Hearns?
Ill go with gut instict, lol JCC Jr will I saw Hearns once and he didnt look to good.
D'you guy's remember Marvis Frazier?... He had all the talent in the WORLD!... LOL!...
Hey, cut Marvis some slack lol
He wasn't really a bad fighter, just in the wrong weight class lol
I don't think his heart was really in it either, just fought for his dad
Damn I was just about to make a thread, "Who will have the better career: Ronald Hearns or JCC Jr?"
I think Cory is a good fighter who has proven that he's not just some scrub with a big name.
I also think that with some experience and guidance, Hearns and JCC Jr. could turn out to be good fighters. They do have the pedigree.
I hear Ronald Hearns has a LOT of talent..
speaking of Hearns, he(ronald) just had a fight last night with a 1st round KO, his opponent was 0-3 though
JCC Jr is a good fighter he has not had many worthy opponents and has done his way with all of them, but the schooling he is getting from his father and his fathers corner will prove that JCC Jr is a great fighter and will have a great career.
