Hatton is not gonna stop and I feel he can get to Mayweather. This is a close fight but when in doubt, styles make fights and speedy boxers do not far well against swarmers. He used the European lack of a third man in the ring to his advantage. hey if there were no referree I would mimic Johhny Ruiz just like Hatton did. In fact if you all looked closely when they focused in on Hattons training room I think John Ruiz was his chief second lol. Meaning that all the grabbing and roughhousing would have been killed out by referees here. Hatton has however put himself on the map but even if he wants to leave England I dont think he will... His promoter is so protective of its stable of fighters that they actually stifle their carrers by being so ridgid and never letting them leave the nset. If hatton drops his promoter then maybe he can make some noise. although I dont see him beating Floyd, Corales, or Castillo.

Hatton can choose to get knocked out by Chico, take a dangerous fight with the winner of Mayweather/Gatti or fight a big name that he should really beat up on. Sounds like Hitman has an easy choice and Cotto should be his next opponent. Harris turned down a fight previously and is not a draw whatsoever so I doubt he'd even be considered.

KTs game is to slug, so Hatton always had a chance. Mayweathers game is to stick and move, and be smart in there. He will not be standing straight-up in front of Hatton trading.

PBF would box circles around Hatton. He has to be the best 'pure' boxer out there right now (reminds me of Whitaker in some ways). Tszyu, as awesome as he was, was a straight up in your face puncher, very accurate and dangerous but his old age showed for sure. PBF would make Hatton shadowbox the entire night.

Unfortunately I didn't see the fight yet. I have seen Hatton fight quite a bit. I think this victory cheap or not is a bit overrated. After all Tito came back much like Tszyu, had a sensational victory then got beaten badly by Winky. It didn't surprise me that Tszyu lost. What did surprise me is how everyone is saying he lost. Either way, Mayweather really can pick apart guys just based on his ring smarts, and if he tries to be slick, he wins. If he tries to make the fight exciting by standing and trading, then Hatton has a shot. Hatton will try to punish Floyd to the body. Mayweather will have a counterpunching fest if he uses his speed.
