Federal Boxing Commission

Only someone who can't win an argument or is a baby puts people on ignore lists. If you don't have the emotional fortitude and maturity to handle an adult conversation on the internet, don't bother posting and get a babysitter. I dont waste time arguing with people on here anymore who are consciencely liars. People are not that actually interesting in debating things but propagating politcal propaganda. I'd rather just leave these kind of people out of sight and out of mind. Maybe you should join the list of people I have chosen to keep out sight and out of mind pretender. You not allowed to say anything, in any publication, whether it is positive or negative about the NFL without approval of NFL commisioner Rosenberg. Your not not allowed to mention "NFL' or anything pertaining to the NFL without the express concent of Rosenberg himself. If your going to write articles about how the NFL is corrupt well your not going to get Rosenberg's approval quite obviously.

It is true what I said. You have my word that it is true. Its up to you whether to accept my word or not. But go surf the internet and try to find an article criticle of the NFL or accusing it of being corrupt you wont find a single one for the reasons afformentioned. I dunno. If some guy walked up to me and pointed at someone and said, "That guy is a rapist," I'd probably not take their word for it unless they actually had some kind of proof. I couldn't disprove that he was a rapist, but I believe in the whole, "innocent until proven guilty," thing. I'm sure that you have your reasons, and I recognize that you could be 100% correct, but I'm just not going to believe it until someone gives me some kind of proof. There are two reasons why people might not be writing that the NFL is corrupt: 1 - the NFL is corrupt and strong-arms anyone that tries to write about it. 2 - the NFL is not corrupt, so no one has any reason to write about it I'm gonna have to go with #2 until I can find any reason to believe otherwise.

You are blind if you dont see corruption in professional sports. Its just not publicized like it is for boxing. IMO the NFL in particular is an extrodinarily corrupt league. Look who the owners are of these professonal sports teams. OH GEORGE BUSH the former owner of the Texas Rangers. But I think there are a few things a federal commission can do better, like setting standards to protect the lives and well being of boxers.

I'm sure there's some, but nothing so dramatic that it really impacts the day to day of the sports or what the product the fan gets. Boxing needs someone to step up and protect the fighters. and international commission would make more sense to me...boxing is a global sport as someone above stated and if Boxing will be governed by one commission, I think an international commission would be more fitting That's a good idea but any international commission formed should realistically deal with the other problems the world has right now. Its almost impossible to get the international community to intervene when there is a genocide. Let alone when there is corruption in boxing.

It wil be such bullshit, like if your a boxing promoter who has views that the democratic and republican party dont like they wont sanction your bout. Every single boxing match will be " This is dedicated to the brave men and women fighting in the middle east" and if your not politically correct they wont liscense you. Actually, I doubt they will ever concern themselves about the boxers political views. I would guess that it more is likely to end up being not so much political in that way as excessively bureaucratic. Lots of clipboard carriers who will CYA prize fighting right into being indistiguishable from the amateurs. It will be every bit as easy to have a fight as it is to conform to OSHA standards or get EPA to approve a building project, for example.

The 3 men wouldn't have absolute power and every few years there would probably be new people on the commission. Also the president doesn't appoint the people to the commission. and international commission would make more sense to me...boxing is a global sport as someone above stated and if Boxing will be governed by one commission, I think an international commission would be more fitting

If we were to follow your logic that we shouldn't have a federal boxing commission because it would be corrupt then we can't let the government do anything because it will all become corrupt. Also you seem to be ignoring the already corrupted state that boxing is currently in. You are propagandist that probably works for the federal government.
