Tyson Fighting in DC?

Is there a set date or even month, or is it just set for "summer" I've seen 6/20 with no "official" opponent. Even rumors that Bowe will be on the undercard. I'm sure something will be official soon

Boxrec shows him fighting here in DC on June 20th. If it is, I'll be there with bells on!

April Bowe will be figting but i don`t see the point of it anyways. Bowe, if he has anything left, will probably blow it by getting complacent. As for Tyson? LOL, the guy is a joke. His greatest accomplishment is shitting whatever talent he had down the toliet. The entertainment value in Tyson is waiting for him to do something stupid. He is not a serious contender anymore and if any of his deluded fans believe that picking Kevin McBride as an opponent adds a remote drop of credibility to his career, they should pass the crack pipe. His management Tyson could blow any minute and take people with him. Their matching him carefully and milking the cow for all its got left. Not a bad idea, Tyson deserves his failures. Tyson has had about 17 second chnces in his life and has systematically blown everyone, each time with a new way of fucking it up. I will be routing for McBride if that fight comes off ( never know with Tyson ) and hoping this sorry story ends soon so we can get on with cheering for boxing, not the insane clown Tyson!

rofl I would like to see tyson on HBO. It would probably only take 3 or 4 rounds of commentating before he knocked Merchant on his ass Tyson vs. Merchant would break all box office records, and they wouldn't even have to pay either of 'em, Tyson would fight for a fat J, and Larry would fight for a bottle of scotch, what a showdown!

The people at HBO or Showtime should just give the man a ringside job so he can retire and make some buck. He knows boxing, he LOVES the sport (I mean, name one big fight or PPV where you dont see Tyson) and the fans (for the most part) still cant get enough of him! I don't think he was training with McGirt ... he was just training at his gym. It's sad that the guy finally tries to reform himself, and be a good person to his kids etc, and can't find success as a boxer when he deserves it most.

I heard that Tyson would be in DC to fight Kevin McBride. And I think he's training with Buddy McGirt. I wish Tyson would get his act together and make a comeback already. Doesn't he still owe millions of dollars which interest is accrueing on daily? :mad:

Man, I heard Tyson was being trained by Duran, Fenech, Roach. That he was changing careers to Muy Thai instead of boxing, that he was gonna commentate instead.
