I'd have to put him second until Tsyzu blows out Hatton, if it happens, and Mayweather convincingly beats gatti. As of now i dont think either of those guys' resume in the last three years stand up to morales' just because of inactivity or quality fights.

He is definitely in the top 5....there is a little bit of confusion about his placement compared to mayweather..who should be place higher...i would personally favor morales over the kind of fights he has been fighting, regardless of the results.
