Morales Dominates Pacquiao
He was suppose to be washed up. Wasn't he? But Erik Morales looked like the Erik Morales of old, with his relentless attack. He took advantage of Pacquiao's reluctance to throw the straight-left. He almost completely abandons his straight-left (the same left that nearly beheaded Marquez), and instead relies on a lead right-hook, followed by mostly uppercuts and some more right hooks.
Morales weathered the first storm, and then instinctively attacked Pacquiao, and gestured at him to fight. Pacquiao fought the entire 12 rounds like an absolute warrior. But it was Morales who was stronger. It was Morales who hurt Pacquiao, on route to a surprising unanimous decision victory. Morales revigorates his status as a pound for pound contender with this victory. Pacquiao shows what kind of heart he has, and more importantly, he shows, he's human.

I'm starting to wounder if Erik Morales is human, I mean how can he be so sharp after that latest knockout dragout with Berrera... I guess the guy was just born to be a fighter
it's not the first time we see manny bleeding, he had 2 more devastating losses before than this and he manage to come back a better figther...
IMHO its exactly what the PAC needs a reality check so that stardom status don't go to his head, he will be back guys i am sure of it ...
VIVA MEXICO - VIVA ERIK THE BEST P4P, NUMERO UNO!!!
is it just me, as much as i want to see have a 2nd round against the 3Ms, I WOULD LOVE TO SEE ERIK AGAINST JMM ...
is anyone really that surprised? Marquez did basically the same thing against Manny, just took him 1 round & 3 knockdowns to figure it out. Morales is a smart, experienced fighter...and Manny's Power didn't hold up in the higher weight class
I agree, Both fighters are great for the sport. Its fighters like these that make this sport the best. Barrera , Morales, Pacquiao, Marquez, these 4 warriors have carried this sport. Heart, determination, pride, and courage.
pac went out like a man though...u know i never have been a intense many fan (although i am still a fan i am just not crazy over him like others) but my point is,it hurts me to see manny bleeding like that,so i cant imagine how evo, mooks and the others feel, cuz seeing manny like that bleeding...damn thats just wrong...its kinda like what borikua did after tito beat mayorga and he put all those pic's of mayorga getting hit under his sig...grrr.... :boxing:
what goes around come around
that's all i can say
