I don't think Vitali would have been much of a match for any of the fighters in the era I mentioned, Lewis didn't find him hard to hit did he? If you can name even one elite fighter in the Heavyweight Division today I will be suprised, because I can't think of one. Would you call a big college guy who goes into a high school and beats up smaller kids a great fighter? No you wouldn't, but that is what the Heavyweight Division is these days, one big guy beating up a bunch of smaller guys. If that impresses you o.k. - but it doesn't do it for me.
