How did you score the fight the judges scorecards were 119- 111 (11 rounds to 1), 118 -111 (10 rounds to 2) , 117-112 (9 rounds to 3) and 116 to 112 ( 8 rounds to 4 ) . Larry merchant scored the fight 8 rounds to 3 and 1 even . I scored the fight 10 rounds to 2 , tucker winning the first and third round . Although rounds 12 and 8 were close but mike done enough to win them . How did you score the fight and did you think it was a closer fight than the judges scorecards suggest ? .
I remember it being a decent fight. Tucker didn't let the Tyson mystique bother him (at least it seemed like it) -
I had Tyson winning 9 to 10 rounds of the fight, but Tucker gets respect for hanging in there and not punking out like other fighters who fought Mike.
Tyson was crap in that fight he didnt move his head , he didnt throw combinations, if the tyson that blasted holmes out in 4 rounds turned up for the tony tucker fight , tyson would of gave tucker a one sided beating for 12 rounds or knocked tucker out in 4, Although it wasent a one sided fight I gave tucker only 2 rounds .
I was pretty frustrated with TNT in that fight. He looked too scared of Iron Mike, maybe the reputation. He could have made the fight closer if he elected to mix it up. He showed that for brief moments. Anyways to TNT's credit, Tyson looked tentative too.
Tyson's just lucky that Tony Tucker had soooo many outside distractions coming into that fight (drugs, management troubles, switching trainers before the fight, court appearances the week leading up to the fight, etc.), or else Tony would've beat him that night.
Much like people are fond of saying that Tyson would have beat Douglas if Mike was at his best, it's only fair to think that about the Tyson/Tucker fight. And Tucker was much more competitive with Tyson (I had it 116-112 or 117-111), than Tyson was against Douglas, so it all equates to a Tucker win over Tyson if he was at his best.
Doesn't it?
I wholeheartedly agree. Tyson's a bit past his prime now. As of late, he's been pretty inconsistent - not that he's been fighting that much recently or anything.
what a fucking looser.

Nice Avatar. I love the juice. I hope you go to the Michael Jackson board and tell people to stop pickin on someone just cause the racists are trying to take him down.
I'm TNT, I'm dynamite, I'm TNT, I'm ready to fight.Tyson clearly won the fight. However he is lucky that I was doing the cocain at the time, otherwise there would have been more of those uppercuts like the one I rattled his brain with in the first round-you dig. Tony TNT Tucker is the greatest of all time-both of us.
Later brother brologs.
what a fucking looser.
