calzaghe to fight magee? wtf?

More of the same from Calzaghe...fuck Joe Calzone.

He'd own those 2 and I think he'd be too fast and strong for Hopkins who doesn't have the power to hurt him. I'd go for RJJ too back then, although if anyone had the speed to get to his chin in his prime it would have been JC. I couldnt agree more.

I dont rate Johnson too high anyway, same with Tarver. I just wanted him to KO them both. The fight i really want to see is Hopkins, but i still think Calzaghe would win. That would have been a great fight, i think i'd pick Jones but Calzaghe's just a born winner. Who has hand speed advantage? Calzaghe's got super fast hand(shame about technique :D ) Nah id go for calzage, but joe like rjj base their style on superior speed and when the years goes they lose there speed (tell if im wrong but isnt that what happened to rjj). I other words Joe needs to complete his legacy while he still has his speed.

I agree mate. He has fought some good guys over the years but I think it's been a pretty shitty division compared to the early 90's. I'm struggling to think of who else he could have fought except RJJ who would have been significantly better than the opponents that he's faced? I lkove the way Calzaghe fights and I think he has beenthe best super middleweight in the world for the last five years or so but the stupid fuck continues to be 1)inactive and 2)he fights nobodies HJe did go toe to toe with Charles Brewer a few years back and that was amazing and his fight with Mitchel was a lot of fun too watch while it lasted as well but Im with all of you this guy is a waiste. Joe if you read this get your fucking head in the sport-fight LAcy, fight PEmberton...fight fight fight. This guy has all of the talent in the world...crowd pleasing style, big puncher, good chin, very fast hands, yet he is also the biggest waiste in the sport. I love you Joe but fuck you! I expect Calzaghe to give Magee a beating, i'd rather him fight Froch. I'm getting pissed with the Calzaghe situation, he should be pushing for a fight with Tarver/Johnson/Hopkins!!

Calzage needs to retire. He's finished as a serious fighter. Though he and Warren do make a good team, they're made for each other!!

Has he signed this fight for sure? Didn`t McGee get bounced on and off the canvas by Robin Reid last year? I agree, Calzaghe is all talk. He seems to have avoided a defining fight his whole career. He is so injury prone i feel he is a menace to boxing, he should retire!
