Who's the greatest white heavyweight boxer of all time?

In the 70's, it's called the GREAT WHITE HOPE. I think so far Vitaly Klitschko has got what it takes to be the greatest white heavyweight boxer of all time. (Do we consider John Ruiz, who has been a title-holder for sometime now, a "white"?) A number of white sluggers in the past also comes to mind. They provided life, excitement and top-caliber challenges in the black-dominated heavyweight division. Rocky Marciano Joe Bugner Tommy Morrison Gerry Cooney Duane Bobick Henry Cooper Jerry Quarry George Chuvalo Gerrie Coetzee Chuck Wepner (who inspired the first Rocky movie) Randy "Tex" Cobb James "Bonecrusher" Smith to name a few. Who's the greatest white HW boxer of all time for you?

The most obvious standouts are that the Klitschko brothers, are far and beyond the most dominant white boxers and probably the best overall boxers of any race of all time. Runner ups would be something like Tommy Morrison and Alexander Povetkin for example.

Marciano, then Dempsey, then perhaps Sullivan (but he wasn't really "undisputed", deliberately avoiding a substantial part of the population's best boxers) but more likely Baer. don't like to make a list based on skin but if its asked for then the a top ten white HW title holders are - 1. rock obviously 2. Dempsey 3. Baer 4. Sullivan 5. JJJ 6. Fitz 7. Braddock 8. Waldo 9. Tunney 10. Vits 11... Corbett I think I lost one name while editing that but its slipped my mind now. aha yeah braddock, he should be in top 10.
