read the post above Funny how no one has ever seen that video or hell to this point aint never even heard of that video. and if Manny had mitts on he wouldn't be swinging on Lewis, Lewis would be the one throwing punches and working on combinations. There are time when trainers use the mits to work on defense, but they only push the hand out there they dont swing. Like I said you full of shit.
