On an episode of ProBox TV’s “Deep Waters,” analyst Chris Algieri answered the question of which weight class Ryan Garcia should campaign in next. “I don’t think it’s whether he should – it’s more of a ‘could’ than should,’” Algieri said. After missing weight by more than three pounds in his April 20 fight with Devin Haney (and having tested positive for performance-enhancing drugs ahead of that bout), Garcia seems unlikely to get back under the junior welterweight limit again. “Ryan has outgrown 135-140,” Algieri said.
Chris Algieri: ‘I Don’t Think We’ll See Ryan Garcia Anywhere Near 140 Again’

Ryan and Devin will both get absolutely crushed at 147. They both know it.

Same thing we say about bum @ss Haney as well, still keeps the 0 after two fights in a row he lost, and not anywhere near elite level.

More like 143 or 144.
