Heavyweight contender Dillian Whyte (23-1, 17 KOs) has very little respect for the boxing ability of WBC world champion Deontay Wilder (40-0, 39 KOs).

Whyte is sitting in the WBC's top spot in the rankings and aims to push for a mandatory shot at Wilder in the very near future.

The British boxer was in action on Saturday night at the O2 Arena in London, and pulled off a brutal knockout victory over former WBA 'regular' champion Lucas Browne in the sixth round.

Wilder was in action earlier this month, when he retained his title with a tenth round knockout victory over undefeated Cuban puncher Luis Ortiz at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

The two boxers may come face to face in the coming days, as Wilder and Whyte are both scheduled to be ringside when IBF/IBO/WBA champion Anthony Joshua collides with WBO champion Joseph Parker in a unification on March 31 at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales.

Whyte realizes that Wilder has tremendous power, but he doesn't see any real boxing skill in his style - and he believes Wilder has a bad chin.

"Deontay Wilder seems to be a serious puncher but he's got no respect for boxing skills or boxing technique. There is lots of room and loopholes to outbox him and to knock him out as well.... as you can see that when he gets in trouble he's in real trouble. He doesn't have a really good chin and he can be hit," Whyte said.

Whyte believes the contest should happen at the O2 Arena in London - where it would draw a big gate and sell out the venue.

"There is no reason why he shouldn't take a fight with me. I am offering him career high purses and it is going to be a good fight. We are going to fill arenas. He has struggled to fill arenas in his hometown. I am not world champion but I packed out the O2," Whyte told Sky Sports.
