WBA heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko (42-2) has promised to knock Odlanier Solis (14-0) out on Saturday at the Lanxess Arean in Cologne, Germany. Solis called Klitschko an "old man" that he plans to stop within the distance. He questioned if Klitschko has the stamina to go through a long and grueling contest. Klitschko promised a very active fight that he predicts will end before the twelve.
"Solis is one of the hardest opponents of my career. I can fight for twelve rounds at a high tempo but the fight won't last twelve rounds. There are good amateurs from Cuba but it's different in the professional game,” Klitschko said.
