WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko (44-2, 40KOs) is predicting a night of punishment for undefeated Manuel Charr (21-0, 11KOs). Vitali will defend his title against Charr on September 8th at Olympic Stadium in Moscow, Russia.
This could be the final fight for Vitali before he starts a full-blown political career. Vitali doesn't rule out the possibility of another fight after Charr.
Vitali is planning for fireworks in the early rounds. He wants to go after Charr with the goal of putting him on the mat.
"I'll play with the Charr. I'll use his mistakes against him and I will punish him. Maybe physically Charr is slightly stronger than me, but he's too narcissistic, it is evident in his posture and gestures. Still, I respect my opponent: our fight will be a real battle. Charr never went down in a fight. My goal is to send him to the floor of the ring. I will bring a tough fight, and take aim at the head of Manuel," Vitali said.
