Heavyweight contender Tyson Fury (27-0-1, 19 KOs) was in rare form, as he made the media rounds in New York City.
Fury is doing promotional work to hype up his scheduled debut in Las Vegas.
On June 15th, Fury will return to the ring in Sin City, when he faces undefeated contender Tom Schwarz at the MGM Grand.
Fury is coming back from a controversial twelve round split draw with Wilder, which took place in Los Angeles in December 2018.
Wilder made a statement last Saturday night at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, when he brutally knocked out mandatory challenger Dominic Breazeale with one right hand in the first round.
Fury is so sure that he can beat Wilder in a rematch, he's willing to take him on in the streets of New York with no gloves.
“Wilder is a bum, he’s got a puncher’s chance - that’s it,” Fury said to TMZ. “Like I said, Wilder is a massive dosser, and he works for me.
“That’s all Wilder is, he’s a big dosser, bum city - hashtag anytime, any place, anywhere. When we fight again, I promise he’ll be looking at the stars.
“Deontay Wilder, go suck my nuts. If you want to do anything about it, come and fight me. If he’s got anything to say, come see me. We’ll have a bare knuckle fight in Times Square this evening.”
Fury also tasted Wilder's power when they fought last year. He was dropped twice in the fight, including a vicious knockdown in the twelfth and final round. Fury seemed to be out cold, but he managed to make it to his feet and finished the round strong.
Fury is impressed with Wilder's power, but he also believes that he can withstand those punches.
“It ain’t so bad, I got up, didn’t I?” Fury said.
