On November 9th Nonito Donaire will face Vic Darchinyan in a rematch of their 2007 fight which Donaire won by a highlight reel one-punch knockout. The "Filipino Flash", who recently reunited with his estranged father, said that he's had a great camp working with both his father and renown trainer Robert Garcia.

"Training camp has been going great. I've been training with Robert and my dad. Its great working with both," Donaire stated.

Donaire last appeared in the ring in April when he suffered a unanimous decision loss to Guillermo Rigondeaux in New York. The Las Vegas based fighter is eager to put that loss behind him and get back to his winning ways. He said that he is looking forward to facing Darchinyan again and that he is willing to fight anyone.

"I am always happy to be in the ring. It doesn't matter who my opponent is. I just want to fight the best. Top Rank and HBO gave me this opportunity so I am happy to get back in there," Donaire explained.

This fight will be both Donaire and Darchinyan's first in the featherweight division. Donaire said that he feels a lot stronger at this weight and that it will show in his performance.

"It feels good (fighting at 126). I don't have to worry about the week of the fight where I would have to cut down almost 10 pounds. Now I can focus on the game plan and not cutting weight," Donaire told BoxingScene.com.
