Former WBO light heavyweight champion Nathan Cleverly (26-1, 12KOs) is considering a move to trainer Adam Booth, who trained George Groves and David Haye. Cleverly has been inactive since getting knocked out in four rounds and losing his world title to Sergey Kovalev in August. Cleverly's father, Vince, disclosed that his son was working with Booth. Clevery is moving to the cruiserweight division, but he already postponed three scheduled dates for his return.
Vince Cleverly told BBC Sport: "He's trying things out with Adam Booth at the moment in London to see how that's working out so there's a couple of different things that's going on.
"We've been together since 11 years of age. Sometimes, there comes a time in life where you need to try different things, and Nathan has got to be taken out of his comfort zone."
