On Nov. 13, at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium, Antonio Margarito (38-7, 27 knockouts) took a vicious beating from WBO welterweight king Pacquiao (52-3-2, 38 KOs). Pacquiao dominated for a unanimous twelve round decision to win the vacant WBC 154-pound title. In January 2009, "Sugar" Shane Mosley (46-6-1, 39KOs) dominated Margarito on route to knocking him out inside of nine rounds.

Pacquiao and Mosley are now scheduled to face each other on May 7 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. One of the selling points is how Mosley's achieved a more impressive victory over Margarito. The co-manager of Margarito, Francisco Espinoza, expressed his thoughts on Pacquiao-Mosley. Espinoza thinks the fight will be a lot close than most people think.

"I give 50-50 chances for both. I mean, we're talking about Mosley...one of the greatest fighters in one of the last 20 [years]. A five time champion. He has the speed, he has the power and he throws a lot of punches. I respect Pacquiao and he's a great champion too, but I see it 50-50 for both of them," Espinoza told FanHouse.
