Former undisputed heavyweight world champion Lennox Lewis has analyzed the stylistic flaws of Joseph Parker.

At 26 years old, the WBO world champion Parker has suffered back to back defeats.

Back in April, Parker lost his world title when he dropped a twelve round unanimous decision in a high stakes unification with Anthony Joshua.

And then last month, Parker lost a twelve round decision to Dillian Whyte.

During the contest, Parker gave away a lot of rounds and he was dropped for the first time in his career. He rallied in the championship rounds and nearly stopped Whyte in the closing moments of the twelfth - but it was too little, too late.

Lewis, 52, explained that Parker is relatively easy to hit, and that his right hand is too easily read by opponents.

But the Hall of Fame fighter believes those flaws are fixable - if Parker takes the necessary steps to make that possible.

"Good fighters can really take advantage of that - and they did," Lewis told the New Zealand Herald. "And one of the big problems is that he moves straight back. He doesn't give you angles, and a blind man can basically weather two punches from Joseph Parker and throw four punches back and will hit him because he only moves back in the same space.

"These things can be fixed, he just needs the proper training. I'm not saying that he has a bad trainer, he just needs someone to teach him a couple of things. He can still be with his trainer, he just needs to learn.

"It's like golf, if you start off bad that's just the way you're going to be doing it. It's more about re-programming himself and then working on that. I had to do that, that's what made me a five-dimensional fighter. In the fight I can change my style."
