Heavyweight contender Jarrell Miller (18-0-1, 16KOs) would be ready and willing to face IBF world champion Anthony Johsua (17-0, 17KOs) on a planned return date of November 26th in Manchester, and live on Sky Sports Box Office.

Hearn had been trying to get several names, but says they are requesting a lot of money - including world title challenger Kubrat Pulev and undefeated rising contender Hughie Fury.

The current frontrunner to face Joshua, according to Hearn, is IBF mandatory challenger Joseph Parker, who faces Alexander Dimitrenko on October 1st.

Miller was in action last month, when he stopped veteran Fred Kassi in a Showtime televised fight.

In terms of sheer mass, Miller is one of the bigger heavyweights in the division and he has realistic power in his hands. He believes that he would power right past Joshua, who himself is a feared puncher with power in both hands.

"Of course. I talk a lot of smack and I'm willing to back it up, that's the whole point," Miller exclusively told Sky Sports. "What is more dangerous than someone who is skilled, confident, and has a heart?  They don't want that. They want someone to have some skill, but doesn't have any heart - that's what Anthony Joshua is."

"At this point right now, yeah I think it would definitely be an option. But right now, there are a lot of things on the table that I'm working on Stateside right now. There's a lot more than my call right now for that fight, but of course I would fight Anthony Joshua and break his face in half.

"Hopefully we get a fight over there, something to get the British fans to talk about. Give them something to really see. [I'd] Run him over, simple. Run him over. Have you ever seen a bulldozer run over concrete and cement? That's me the bulldozer and he's the cement gravel. Run him over, it's that simple."
