For the moment, social media star Jake Paul (5-0, 4 KOs) is standing firm on not facing light heavyweight prospect Tommy Fury in his next fight.
Paul and Fury were set to collide last month in the main event on a Showtime pay-per-view in Florida.
That contest did not come off as planned - with Fury pulling out with a fractured rib and a chest infection.
He was quickly replaced by former UFC champion Tyron Woodley - with Paul brutally knocking him out in the sixth round with a single punch that sent Woodley down face-first.
Paul believes Fury ran away from their grudge match.
He would rather face older brother, WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury. Or, he would entertain a meeting with father/trainer John Fury.
"[Tommy Fury] wants the payday. But I said it before, I don't wanna take the fight with him, he doesn't deserve it. I'd rather fight Tyson Fury. I'll fight his brother or his dad before I'll fight Tommy," Paul told Volume Sports.
In a recent interview, Fury explained that he's eager to reschedule the fight with Paul. He's ready to fight as early as March.
"The fact of the matter is there's unfinished business here and this fight needs to take place, because how can he be serious about fighting if he's never fought a boxer before? How can he be serious about this? He keeps referring to the UFC. If he wants to go and fight in the UFC, don't put on a pair of boxing gloves again and go and fight in the UFC. Don't call yourself a boxer if you've never ever fought one," Fury told MMA Hour.
