British heavyweight Anthony Joshua (14-0, 14KOs) is rising up in the ranks in rapid fashion.

Joshua is blowing out his opponents quite easily. He captured the Commonwealth heavyweight title on September 12 with a first round destruction of Gary Cornish. He returns on December 12, when he faces Dillian Whyte for the British title.

If successful, Joshua will come back in March to face Erkan Teper for the EBU championship.

Already highly ranked by the World Boxing Council, Joshua could be a handful of fights away from a mandatory crack at WBC champion Deontay Wilder (34-0, 33KOs).

Matchroom Sport promoter Eddie Hearn, and his father Barry, tab Joshua to beat any heavyweight in the world. When it comes to Wilder, Eddie predicts a knockout victory for Joshua in three rounds.

"My old man is like me but times ten on the hype, especially since he's really not that involved anymore. But, I believe that [Joshua] beats any heavyweight in the world now. That doesn't mean that we'll put him in with any heavyweight now because he's not the finished article. But when he is the finished article, they definitely can't beat him," Eddie told BoxingScene.com's Declan Taylor

"But I don't believe Wilder would go three rounds with Joshua [right] now. [Wladimir] Klitschko another story, David Haye maybe another story - but styles make fights. And [Wilder-Joshua] would be an explosive fight and I just can't see Deontay Wilder standing up to Joshua's speed and power."

"Everybody has an opinion, and my opinion is that he beats Wilder in great style. But there is no point in sending out press releases about that because we're not there yet, so it's irrelevant at the moment."
