Promoter Eddie Hearn of Matchroom Sport is still hard at work, trying to finalize a deal for James DeGale (20-1, 14KOs) to face Andre Dirrell (24-1, 16KOs) on April 25th in London.

The Internal Boxing Federation ordered the two super middleweights to face each other for the vacant IBF championship, after Carl Froch vacated the title to remove the incoming pressure to make a mandated defense against DeGale.

The biggest obstacle, says Hearn, is the location. Both fighters are ready to face each other, but DeGale is not looking to come over to the United States and Dirrell is not interested in traveling to the UK.

"We're still talking. Talks are going okay. Obviously neither fighter really wants to travel. April 25th is the date that we'd love to do it, in London, but we have to see what happens," Hearn told BoxingScene.com/Be Real Boxing.
