Only a few weeks have passed since Carl 'The Cobra' Froch (33-2, 24KOs) announced his retirement from boxing. Froch has not fought since last May's brutal knockout of George Groves in their rematch before 80,000 fans at Wembley Stadium.

Froch, 38-years-old, grew tired of the long training camps and the tough weeks of promoting bouts. He wants to relax, spend time with his family and focus on other career ventures.

During a recent interview with BBC Radio, Froch opened the door for a possible return when he told the hosts - "never say never" when discussing likelihood of a fight in the fture.

Froch said he feels "capable" that he could "physically do it again" but "the desire is not there."

He said anything can happen, where he may "wake up one morning and fancy a fight."
