Middleweight contender "Showtime" Curtis Stevens (27-5, 20KOs) is eager to test the talent of young up and comer Chris Eubank Jr. (20-1, 16KOs).

Stevens has been inactive since an October 2014 twelve round decision loss to Hassan N'Dam.

Eubank destroy overmatched opponent Tony Jeter in two rounds last weekend in Sheffield. He will face a much better opponent in Gary 'Spike' O'Sullivan on December 12th at the O2 Arena in London.

Stevens had hoped to return to the ring in January and there was some discussion about matching him against former IBF champion David Lemieux on the Sergey Kovalev-Jean Pascal undercard on January 30th in Canada. He says Lemieux rejected the right.

The fight with O'Sullivan is a WBA final eliminator, where the winner will come in line for a title shot against the winner of WBA 'regular' middleweight world title fight between Danny Jacobs and Peter Quillin, which takes place on December 5th. Eubank facing the winner of that fight by June 2016 is up for debate.

Stevens has little to no respect for Eubank, sending a direct message - with an image - to let Eubank know exactly what will happen if the two of them step in the ring against each other.

"Do you want a real fight with a real man? Stop hiding and fighting bums. I'm here and ready."
