WBC middleweight champion Miguel Angel Cotto is growing tired of listening to complaints regarding the agreed upon catch-weight of 157-pounds for Saturday's fight against Daniel Geale at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

Geale, and his promoter Gary Shaw, are not happy about the catch-weight stipulation. Alarm bells were ringing this past Saturday, when Geale took part in the WBC's mandatory seven-day weighin and came in at 167.5-pounds, which gave him a week to shave off more than 10-pounds.

Cotto says a contract was signed, Geale and Shaw both agreed to it and now they have to stop complaining and honor the terms.

"This catch-weight weight, as I've said before, was used against me once [with Pacquiao in 2009], and I agreed. They signed a contract and now they are complaining. This was the most important issue discussed during the negotiations and they agreed. I had many complications when I made 140 pounds. With all of [my fights], I never climbed on the scale overweight. I always came in at the weight stipulated in the contract. Here Gary Shaw and Geale agreed to 157 pounds. They agreed it. Now the issue is bothering them," Cotto told Fox Deportes.
