Domestic rival Conor Benn and Kell Brook were involved in a near brawl at ringside at the 3Arena in Dublin, with both boxers ringside for Katie Taylor's world title fight against Chantelle Cameron.

Brook was being interviewed at ringside when Benn suddenly appeared to his side and got right in Brook's face. After a few words were exchanged, they quickly began to shove each other as security and others at ringside were very quick to separate them.
Brook retired from the sport last year, but recently he's been mulling the idea of having another fight - with Benn widely mentioned as a possible foe.
However, Benn is still banned from fighting in the UK after two positive drug tests. Last October, Benn's planned catch-weight fight with Chris Eubank Jr. was canceled after Daily Mail revealed that he tested positive for the banned substance clomifene.
Despite proclaiming is innocence, UKAD confirmed in April that Benn was provisionally suspended after charging him with a doping violation.
Brook has been very vocal about fighters being banned for life after testing positive for prohibited performance enhancing drugs. Amir Khan, who Brook knocked out in February 2022, tested positive for a banned substance and was recently handed a backdated two-year ban from UKAD.
