Good news: Joshua Clottey blocked/avoided nearly 1,000 of Manny Pacquiao's punches. Bad news: Clottey got off just 33 total punches per round, landing nine per round. Pacquiao landed just 20% of his total punches, but threw a career high 1,231 total punches, an average of 103 per round. Pac landed more power shots than Clottey threw.

The only thing got exposed here is that "defense alone can't win you fights" LOL!
Some people has this crazy idea that you gain points each time your opponent miss! :haha:

Pacquaio was exposed in this fight agaisnt Clottey. he landed only 20% of his punches and came out of the fight more damaged than Clottey. Mayweather will pick Pacquaio apart considering his defense is far more superior than Clottey's and he's the best counterpuncher in the sport of boxing. If Clottey had increased his punch output he could've walked away with the upset. However it's not in his nature to be the busier fighter, which we've witnessed in the past. Money would and will dominate Pac-Man.
