The media tour continues for the huge fall match between Floyd Mayweather (44-0, 26KOs) and Saul "Canelo" Alvarez (42-0-1, 30KOs), taking place at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on September 14th. Canelo's Mexican rival, former WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., gives the 22-year-old star a good shot to defeat Mayweather. Chavez would like to see Canelo achieve victory in September, but he feels Mayweather will get the win.

“It'll be a great fight, and there's a good chance for Canelo because he’s young, strong and he is in his prime, Mayweather is a great boxer but he’s also thirty seven years old. It's going to be a very interesting fight and I’d like very much for Canelo to win, because he’s Mexican. And... Mayweather hasn’t faced anyone like Canelo," Chavez said.

"Analyzing the fight the fight, I think Mayweather will win by decision. He fought a good fighter in [Austin] Trout and it was tough for him, a close fight, and I think Canelo won by one or two points so I think it will be a tough night against Mayweather. But I do think [Canelo] has a chance because he is young, strong, and expecially if he can connect with a good shot."
