Former four division world champion Adrien Broner (33-3, 24 KOs) is ready for a big comeback in 2018.

"The Problem" has been out of the ring since losing a twelve round unanimous decision to Mikey Garcia in July 2017 from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

According to Broner, he rushed his training camp and didn't properly prepare for the outing with Garcia. Broner's remaining blemishes took place in the welterweight division, against Marcos Maidana and Shawn Porter.

Two of the opponents being rumored for Broner including former champions Amir Khan and Omar Figueroa.

Khan (31-4, 19 KOs), who is slated to announce a promotional deal with Eddie Hearn of Matchroom, has been out of the ring since May of 2016 when he was knocked out by Canelo Alvarez at a catch-weight of 155-pounds.

Figueroa (27-0-1, 19 KOs) was in the ring last July, when he snapped a long stint of inactivity with a three round destruction of former world champion Robert Guerrero. He dropped Guerrero, who had never been stopped, five times in the fight. Guerrero announced his retirement from boxing a few days later.

Whether it's Khan or Figueroa, Broner has promised to enter the ring at his very best.

"I ain’t got a date yet but I ain’t bout to rush into no more fights unprepared... sh*t just don’t work that way. That’s how I lost in the Porter fight and the Mikey fight, I rushed my camps and my man enough to own up to my f*** ups, but I ain’t taking sh*t for granted no more," Broner stated.

"I will be at 100% for this next fight no matter if it’s against Omar Figueroa or Amir Khan or anybody else who wanna fight me on Shotwime.  I’m sorry [Stephen] Espinoza, I know you and Al [Haymon] had real good plans for me, but I promise you them plans are still available and I will show that in this next fight, so let’s get this money and run the numbers up."
