The war of words continue between 2000 Olympic gold medal winner Audley Harrison and WBA heavyweight champion David Haye. Harrison has vowed to knock Haye out on November 13 at the MEN Arena in Manchester. He said most of the heavyweights are pushing to get Haye in the ring because they know he has a glass jaw and is much easier to beat than the Klitschko brothers.

“He’s a false prophet. He’s been knocked out before by Carl Thompson, who was a light-heavyweight. Everyone knows I’ve got a lethal left hand and I’m going to use it. They will build him up and say he can’t be beaten – but he’s not fighting the Klitschkos. They want to fight him, everyone does because they know he’s the worst of the three heavyweight world champions.”

Harrison's career has been a road of ups and downs. He views Haye as the fight that will finally get him redemption with the British boxing fans. The British fans are going to be in Haye's corner on the night of the fight, but Harrison thinks his performance will push them in his direction.

“This is about my redemption. I always said I would be heavyweight world champion one day. This is my door and I am going to walk straight through it. It would be the greatest comeback of all-time, bar none. I’ve never had a negative experience from the British public and David Haye might be the favourite but a lot of people are going to start coming around to my way," Harrison said.

“The British public love an underdog. People think I can’t win it but people thought I couldn’t win the Olympics either. It’s 10 years since that and I will shock the world again.”

Beating Haye would be the greatest moment in his career, even greater than winning an Olympic gold medal.

“I never lost belief that I would be world champion,” Harrison said. “I never lost hope in that vision. It’s been a long road and there have been tough nights, but I always dusted myself off and showed determination. People say I’ve got no heart, but I fought my last fight and won the European title with only one hand because the other was injured. I’ve won the Olympic gold and made history – this would be even greater."
