According to the Nevada State Athletic Commission, Amir Khan will receive $1,072,500 while Zab Judah will receive $500,000 for their junior welterweight title unification bout on Saturday night. Khan will also receive lucrative pay per view revenue from the UK. Both fighters are also going to receive additional money through their personal promotional companies.
As you may recall, Khan's team offered Tim Bradley a 50-50 split of the UK pay per view revenue when they unsuccessfully tried to a fight agreement with the undefeated Californian. When the fight fell through, Khan's team reached an agreement with a 55-45 split, but Khan would not give the Brooklynite any of the UK money. Feeling slighted, Judah boycotted the UK media since he wasn't receiving a piece of the British action.
