LAS VEGAS - A war of words has continued to escalate between junior welterweight champions Amir Khan (23-1, 17KOs) and Timothy Bradley (26-0, 11KOs). Last week, Bradley tore into Khan during an interview with BoxingScene.com. The British champion has come back firing.

"I think the thing that makes Timothy Bradley and most other fighters jealous is that whatever I touch, it's like, it turns to gold. Whatever I touch. They want to fight Amir Khan because that's where the big pay day is," said Khan.

"There's just no lying about that. You are going to get a big pay day by fighting Amir Khan. I know people want to fight the best. I just know that Timothy Bradley simply wants to fight the best fighter in the division, and that's me."

A fight with Bradley, according to Khan, is financially worthless in the United States, but it's a big fight in the U.K. Bradley is no stranger to fighting on British soil. He won a twelve round decision over Junior Witter in Nottingham to capture the WBC junior welterweight title in 2008.

"I've given my promoter, Golden Boy, the instructions on who I want to fight. As a fight in the future, I think that one against Timothy Bradley would be huge. In the U.K., I know that that fight would be huge," said Khan. "But in the U.S., I'd have to make the fight big, because Timothy Bradley can't sell a ticket, you know what I'm saying? So yeah, I'd be the one to make the fight in the U.S. or anywhere because Amir Khan is fighting."

Bradley has taken Khan's "chin" to task in several interviews. Khan was stopped in 54-seconds of the first round by the mediocre Breidis Prescott in September 2008. Since the loss, Khan hooked up with three-time trainer of year Freddie Roach to improve his defense. He dares Bradley and the other top fighters at 140 to target his chin.

"People still say that I don't have a chin. But come and try to do it [knock him out,]" said Khan. "Many have tried, and they can't succeed, because I know exactly who I am, and I'm more focused. I'll take on any fighter. I want to fight all of the fighters out there. They just have to stand in line and I'll fight them all."
