Promoter Sampson Lewkowicz is putting together the entire undercard for the anticipated event in Argentina on April 27th. Taking place at Club Atlético Vélez Sarsfield in Buenos Aires, WBC middleweight champion Sergio Martinez will headline the show with a title defense against Martin Murray. HBO will televise the main event. The entire card, comprised of seven fights, will be shown worldwide.

Lewkowicz along with Lou DiBella and a local promoter from Argentina are staging the event but the three parties agreed that Lewkowicz would be in charge of making the matches on the undercard.

One of the fights he is interested in making is a welterweight clash between Argentine banger Luis Carlos Abregu (34-1, 28KOs) and Antonin Decarie (27-1, 8KOs) of Canada.

"There will be seven fights on the show. I want to put together the best undercard possible for a very historical event in Argentina. Abregu vs. Decarie is one of the fights I would like to do. There has been some discussion, but it's not even close to being made," Lewkowicz told BoxingScene.com.

Sean Gibbons, the adviser to Abregu, is very interested in the fight.

"There have been some discussions. To fight on the biggest event in Argentina in the last 30 years would be a dream come true. We are very interested in that opportunity," Gibbons told BoxingScene.
