i had the fight 8-3-1 for quartey, the thing about this fight is a lot of people get excited when oscar flurrys but he didnt land at all really, its a fight u really got to pay attention to, Quarteys defense was amazin in this fight he blocked a lot of shots from oscar and made de la hoyas jab vanish, ike controlled the fight wit his jab alone not to mention the occasional big shots he landed throughout, u dont win a round when u flurry 2 maybe 3 times and dont hit ur opponet wit a single shot, thats bs, Oscar was flashy but his punchs didnt connect cause ike blocked them. Even the six round when they both got knocked down ike won easily. The 12 round was all oscar but he needed a ko imo and it didnt happen, a robbery is fine by me, if u want to call it close coo thats u. But 116-112(ken morita) for oscar??? now thats a robbery, quartey dominated IMO.

Yeah I don't see how you guys can call this fight a robbery. I've watched it three times I believe...the first time I scored it in favor of Quartey. The second time I scored it for Oscar....and the third in favor of Oscar as well.

I wasn't watching Oscar instead of Ike....vice versa...and my view was in no way influenced by a biased perception that I could have had for either.

It was a close fight, but Oscar won it to the best of my knowledge.

yea but boxing is very opinated so u cant get mad ya know? cause i thought oscar smashed mosley in there second fight and got robbed, but a lot of people think mosley won and oscar landed 100 more punchs so i guess its just boxing, and different people like different things and its hard to make someone change there mind when they have it already made ya know?

That is one time you can definitely use the term "Robbed".

I don't see how anyone could score that fight for Mosley.

Than you agreed with the wrong person. I had Quartey winning 115-113. I just wouldn't call it a robbery. A robbery is Augustus-Burton or Casamayor-Freitas. Those are robberies. But Quartey still should of won. Every lost De La Hoya has, he deserved. The Quartey and Strum wins should also be losses. So in reality Oscar should have 6 losses.

I'd add two more, making it 8 losses.
